Frequently Asked Questions
→ How much does custom framing cost?
Pricing depends on the size of the piece, frame, matting, gazing, and mounting method. We design around a range of budgets and are happy to show you options at different price points before you commit.
→ Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during regular business hours. If you have a large project or several pieces, scheduling ahead can be helpful.
→ How long does custom framing take?
Most projects are completed in 2-3 weeks. More complex projects, specialty materials, or unusually large projects take longer. Quick turnaround services are available with more limited options.

→ Do you offer conservation or archival framing?
Yes. We offer acid-free and conservation-grade materials, UV-filtering glazing, reversible mounting methods, and other preservation options when appropriate.
→ Can you frame valuable or irreplaceable artwork?
Yes. We regularly work with original art, limited editions, family heirlooms, and other sensitive pieces, and can recommend preservation-minded materials and mounting methods.
→ Can you help me choose a frame?
Absolutely. That’s a big part of what we do. You don’t need to know what you want before coming in— we’ll help you narrow down frame, mat, and glazing options based on the piece, your space, and your budget.
→ Can you reframe something I already have?
Yes. We can replace an existing frame, mat, glass, backing, or hardware, and can often reuse parts of an existing framing package if they’re still usable.
→ Do you work with designers, artists, and businesses?
Yes. We work with interior designers, artists, galleries, museums, offices, hospitality clients, and other commercial customers, including multi-piece and repeat projects.
→ Do you offer museum glass?
Yes. We offer several glazing options, including UV-filtering and anti-reflective museum-quality glass and acrylic.
→ Do you repair frames?
For many types of frame damage, yes. Bring the piece in and we can let you know what’s possible.
→ Do you do delivery/installation?
We do not currently offer such services, but we can connect you with local offerings.
